Baccarat Rules - The Basics
In both online and offline Baccarat the player is given the chance
to bet on either the bankers hand winning or the players hand winning.
They can also bet on a tie between the two hands.
The object of baccarat is to get a two card hand as close to nine as possible.
Both the player and the banker are dealt two cards and if the hand the player
is betting on wins they win double their bet (even money 1:1).
If the player has bet in a tie they get 8:1 on a win.
Please Note! Tens and face cards in Baccarat count as a zero and there
is NO number ten in the game. All cards two through nine are worth their
face value.
If the first two cards on a draw total an eight or a nine then the hand is
declared a "Natural" and automatically wins. The exception to this rule
is if both the player and the banker tie with "Naturals". In this case
another card is drawn to determine the winner.
